Full Refund (100%)

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel your order before we have started any work on your project
  • Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to circumstances within our control
  • Technical Failure: If we experience technical issues that prevent us from completing your project and cannot provide an alternative solution
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same service due to a processing error

Partial Refund (50-75%)

A partial refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • Early Stage Cancellation: If you cancel the project after initial consultation but before significant work has been completed (within 48 hours of project commencement)
  • Mutual Agreement: If both parties agree that the project cannot proceed as originally planned and work is discontinued
  • Scope Reduction: If the project scope is significantly reduced after payment but before substantial work has been completed

No Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Completed Work: Once the final deliverables have been provided and approved by the client
  • Subjective Preferences: If you simply change your mind or have subjective creative differences after approving work
  • Client-Caused Delays: If project delays or cancellations are caused by lack of client response or provision of required materials
  • Revision Limits Exceeded: If you request refunds after exhausting the included revision rounds
  • Third-Party Services: For any third-party services or licensing fees that have already been procured for your project
  • Downloadable Content: Once digital files have been delivered and downloaded

  • All projects include 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost
  • Additional revisions can be purchased if needed

Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project in progress:

  • Work Completed: You will be charged for any work completed up to the point of cancellation
  • Partial Deliverables: You may receive partial deliverables for work completed, at our discretion
  • Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee may apply depending on the project stage and resources allocated

  • If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team
  • We will make every effort to reach a mutually agreeable solution
